"Had to contact the office today for a correction needed to the auto policy for a shinny new car that the dealership requested. Bill was unavailable but Jeanne was there and went out of her way to get the correction in an unbelievable time. Every time I speak to someone in the office, it is always a positive and pleasant conversation and positive results!!!"
